The Urban Cup is looking to fill a long-term, front of house position. The candidate should have flexible availability and be willing to work days, nights, and weekends (we’re open 7 days a week!). We are a fast-paced, retail setting focused on quality of product and providing guests with beyond excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, hard-working, and who understand the importance of maintaining our exceptional reputation in the community. Duties of this position are subject to change as the business grows, so candidates should be up for anything and eager to learn. A candidate will be selected based on availability, personality, flexibility, and customer service experience.

Baking experience is not required or relevant for this position.

Customer service experience is required.
